At Habibi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unused or gently used products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are secured to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
